We recognize that the corporate relocation and insurance housing industry is built on coordination — between vendors, carriers, adjusters, landlords, and policyholders — yet too often, miscommunication and inconsistent processes lead to wasted time, frustration, and unnecessary costs. CORE exists to close those gaps.

Who We Are

CORE is founded and operated by professionals with extensive experience inside the insurance and corporate housing industries. Our team includes former vendor representatives, relocation consultants, claims professionals, and housing coordinators who have seen firsthand how fragmented communication and opaque processes can slow down even the best-intentioned partnerships.

With this collective experience, we’ve built CORE to be a neutral, educational platform — one that helps every party in the process better understand each other’s needs, pressures, and priorities.
